# Thabit | ثابت

> Verified digital certificates for Oman. A training centre, HR team, event or school sends a list of names (Excel or a WhatsApp message). For each person Thabit makes an Arabic and English certificate PDF in the issuer's design, with a unique code and a QR to a public verify page (thabit.bhd.om/v/<code>), an Add to LinkedIn button, and sends it on WhatsApp and email. The issuer can revoke and re-issue. A BHD Group company, Muscat.

## What Verified means
- This issuer issued this certificate to this person, the record is on the Thabit register, and the issuer has not revoked it.
- It does not mean Thabit checked the training, the exam or the person's skills.
- It is not a government attestation, an equivalency or an accreditation.

## Data
- The register keeps only the name, the course, the date and the code. Phone and email are used only to send.
- The issuer is the data controller and collects the holder's consent (Thabit gives the wording). Oman Personal Data Protection Law, Royal Decree 6/2022, in force since 5 Feb 2026.
- A holder can ask to see, correct or hide the verify page. The verify page shows the name in part only.
